Railgarten, a diner, and bar stretched across 1.5 acres at Central Avenue, is hosting a fundraising bash this Oktoberfest. A Step Ahead Fall Fundraising Bash will be held on Thursday, October 13, from 6:00 pm-10:00 pm. Its mission is to empower women by eliminating barriers to voluntary, reversible birth control. It does so through educational programming, services, and funding. You can enjoy the live music by Gypsy Jazz Band and a short presentation from Nikki Gibbs. The highlight of the evening is a stage performance and drum-up by the band Courtney Little and Friends.
