Event Details
Where Halloween meets creative & collaborative souls, the Souloween Experience is designed to connect local communities to a safe environment filled with entertainment, treats, and topped off with a themed movie mystery surprise we will announce a week before the event.
Youth will be able to collect candy from different stations, play some cool games, get their faces painted, and connect with other youth their age while meeting some interesting Halloween characters.
Adults will be able to mingle, play games, and watch their youth enjoy a night on the river while enjoying food & drink vendors.
The goal is to connect communities, collaborate with local artists/businesses, and provide a safe meetup space for the Halloween weekend.
We are still seeking candy donations from individuals/local organizations, volunteers to decorate & pass out candy at their tents, as well as vendors who would like to participate. Send email to: writeoussoulpresents@gmail.com for either. Please see schedule of events for that evening below or on the flyer.
Things to keep in mind:
We are still accepting names to add to the list for people who want to decorate their vehicle (especially trunks) and pass out candy.
There is parking on nearby side streets and parking garages.
Blankets & lawn chairs are welcomed for the movie portion of the evening.
Trick or Treat” bags will be provided for guests.
Food, drink, & Italian ice vendors will be in full effect - check back for vendor updates.
At the moment, this event is not being sponsored, so the $5 donation is simply to help make this amazing day cost efficient.
