What’s Scarier Than Halloween Poetry Slam

n a 3-round poetry slam competition, poets face their greatest challenge yet.

They are tasked in round one to share an original poem surrounding the theme “What’s Scarier Than Halloween?”

in which they must mention a celebrity who has passed.

Round one is designed to be a tribute to the fallen legends, so this slam could reach a height we’ve never experienced.

The audience is tasked to come rocking a celebrity look of their choosing. The celebrity can be living or no longer with us.

There will be a prize for “Best Celebrity Look” so bring your A-lister game. The audience votes on the winners.

The top 3 poets will win cash prizes.

Three judges with no affiliation to the poets will be scoring all three rounds of the slam.
