My name is Jimmy Sinh . I've always loved cooking for others. My passion is Art which made me fell inlove with the Japanese food . They have such a great presentation in every dish they make . Got my first job as a host at Benihana and thats where it all got started . I was a JR in high school and thats when i found out what i wanted to do for the rest of my life. I've been doing sushi about 10 years . But my way of explaining a good chef is not base on how many years you have been a chef its how much dedication you have to become one . If you have a passion for something you like go for it . Don't ever do something you don't like . My goal is to expand my business around town and offer great quality and more healthier food . I live in the city where everything is mainly fried and we don't have alot of places where you can get lunch and not fall asleep afterwards.
